Courtney Phillips
Courtney is a junior in Animal Sciences with a Pre-Veterinary Medicine concentration. She joined PPVMA because she wanted to find a community of people that shared the same career aspirations and goals as her. A fun fact about Courtney is that she has traveled to Chile, Scotland and London this past summer!

Will Eberhart
Will is a senior in Animal Sciences with a Bioscience concentration. His favorite part of PPVMA is learning about all the different careers in veterinary medicine. A fun fact about Will is that he has read over 600 books in his life.

Meg Khantsis
Meg is a junior majoring in Animal Sciences with a Pre-Vet concentration. Her favorite part of PPVMA is getting to hear different people's stories, personal experiences, and various perspectives in the world of vet med. She believes you can learn more from someone's practical and personal experience rather than you can from just simply reading a textbook about the same thing. A fun fact about Meg is that she owns a 17 year old OOTB jumper mare named velvet.

Lucas Hendershot
Lucas is a senior majoring in Biochemistry with a Pre-Vet concentration and is minoring in Animal Sciences. His favorite part of PPVMA is getting to meet new people and experience unique opportunities such as the symposium. A fun fact about Lucas is that he owns a hedgehog.

Abigail Hartz
Abigail is a junior majoring in Animal Sciences with a minor in Women's Gender and Sexuality Studies. She joined PPVMA because she wanted to find a community of students trying to achieve similar goals as her. A fun fact about Abigail is that she has a cat name Smeg!

Alyssa Eby
Alyssa is a sophomore majoring in Animal Science. Her favorite part of PPVMA is meeting other students with the same interests and goals as her, it has helped her gain knowledge and grow as a student. A fun fact about Alyssa is that she fosters a litter of kittens every summer.

Abbie Elder
Abbie is a senior majoring in Animal Sciences with a Pre-Vet concentration. Her favorite part of PPVMA is the community it provides for people with the same goals as her. She originally joined PPVMA freshman year as a way to learn more about Vet Med and to meet new people. A fun fact about Abbie is that she did gymnastics for 16 years.

Brynn Smith
Brynn is a sophomore majoring in Animal Science with a Pre-Vet concentration as well as minoring in Spanish. Her favorite part of PPVMA is being able to meet dedicated like-minded students that have the same career goals as herself. A fun fact about Brynn is that she interned at a primate sanctuary this summer working with baboons.

Liam is a junior majoring in Biology with a minor in Spanish. His favorite part of PPVMA is a warm McDonalds after a cold stadium cleanup. A fun fact about Liam is that he likes his steak well done and will defend that to his grave.

Lauren Pepples
Lauren is a sophomore majoring in animal sciences. Her favorite part of PPVMA is meeting so many people that she see's in all her classes, It has been a great opportunity for her to make friends with other Pre-Vet students. A fun fact about Lauren is that she regularly donates her hair.

Symposium Chair
Alejandra Garavito
Alejandra is a sophomore majoring in Animal Sciences with a Pre-Vet concentration. Her favorite part of PPVMA are the diverse guest speakers because it helps the members learn about the different paths a veterinarian can take. A fun fact about Alejandra is that she has met the Pope twice.

Vivian Caballero
Vivian is a senior majoring in Animal Sciences with a Pre-Vet concentration. Her favorite part of PPVMA is having the opportunity to learn more about the Veterinary world throughout the various speakers and throughout the various events we have . A fun fact about Vivian is that she hadn't interacted with livestock until getting to college.

Loren is a junior majoring in Animal Science with a Pre-Vet concentration and minor in Art & Design. Her favorite part of PPVMA is hearing the stories behind different veterinarians and their advice as professionals. A fun fact about Loren is that she got her navigation license this summer!
